My Story

Most of my life has been about movement.​
Sometimes in a gym. Sometimes on a mat. Sometimes just trying to get off the couch.

I grew up doing gymnastics. Learning body control before I even had words for it.
But like a lot of people, I drifted. Got into gaming. Started sitting more. Moving less.
Eventually, it caught up with me.

I felt stiff, tired, and out of shape.
​So I started chasing strength.

That led me into powerlifting, jiu-jitsu, Muay Thai, MMA, and even a few triathlons.
I pushed hard. Sometimes too hard.
And I learned that performance without recovery is just burnout in disguise.


What I Do Now

I help adults 40+ move like athletes—without burning out or breaking down.

Whether you’re a pickleball player dealing with low back pain, or someone who just wants to move better again, I help you retrain your posture, power, and mindset from the ground up.

My method blends:

  • Pilates for posture, balance, and joint control
  • Functional flow for fluid strength and mobility
  • Neuro-based training to rewire how you move and recover

This isn’t just about reps. It’s about rhythm.
And it’s built for longevity.
