My Top List of Equipment, Supplements, and Devices

profile

Kyle Zange

I started in the fitness industry in 2015 as a Personal Trainer. Almost 9 years later I am a Human Foundations practitioner, a Pilates/Yoga instructor, a breathwork coach, and a Functional Mobility coach. My experience has taught me what method of training works best for the individual rather than a one size fits all answer. Here, I want to share what I've learned and build a community training clients online.

We all have goals.

Those goals are easier to achieve when we use tools. Here is a list of tools I recommend:

Exercise equipment

You don't need everything on the list, but something is better than nothing. However, the more you can add to your arsenal and use, the better.

Movement Equipment

Dumbbells

Resistance Bands

Slam Ball

Mobility Stick

Flow Rope

Recovery Tools

Grounding Mat

Nasal Strips

Mouth Tape (for nose breathing while sleeping)

Lacrosse Ball (Set)

Supplements

Supplements are just that, supplementary. If you aren't allergic and your digestion can handle them, they are a great tool. That said, they aren't the end all be all to your health. Exercise, food, and recovery are. HOWEVER, a lot of these help you to exercise better, digest better, and recover better.

The meat and water you choose has the largest effect on your health. These are my go to choices:

Pasture Raised Meat

Top Tier Water

Capsule/Powder Supplements

Creatine

Magnesium/Calcium

Digestive enzyme

Protein powder (whey)

Protein powder (plant)

Energy gel

Devices

Devices are great. You can track your sleep quality, your steps, your activity, your heart rate, and so much more. You don't need all of them, but they help a tremendous amount.

Garmin watch (top tier choice)

Garmin watch (next best thing)

Garmin watch (budget friendly)

Heart rate strap

Conclusion

This list I associate myself with is not exhaustive, but everything on it has helped me and my clients get outstanding results. I hope this helps you as well.
